About the Role
We are looking for a Jewellery Designer with strong execution ability and attention to detail.
This role focuses on turning approved design decisions into finished outputs, working within established templates, guidelines, and systems.
You will support senior designers by ensuring ideas are delivered accurately, consistently, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute jewellery design work based on approved concepts and directions
- Follow established templates, structures, and design systems
- Produce CAD, layouts, or visuals with high consistency
- Ensure accuracy, proportion, and technical clarity
- Deliver work reliably without introducing new design directions
What This Role Is Not
- Not a design direction or concept ownership role
- Not focused on personal style or creative experimentation
- Not responsible for redefining design intent
- Not a strategy or decision-making position
Who You Are
- A detail-oriented jewellery designer with strong execution skills
- Comfortable working within clear rules and constraints
- Reliable, organised, and consistent
- Takes pride in clean, accurate delivery
- Prefers completing work efficiently rather than redefining it
Ideal Background
- 2–5 years jewellery design or CAD experience
- Strong understanding of proportion, layout, and technical accuracy
- Comfortable with repeatable design tasks
- Familiar with structured workflows and templates

- Low revision and rework rates
- Minimal intervention required from senior designers
- Consistent, predictable delivery
- High alignment with established design standards
